Brittney joined Hersh FamilyLaw Practice in January 2021. She formerly practiced family law at Flicker, Kerin, Kruger & Bissada, LLP handling complex, high-asset matters. Brittney handles all areas of family law, including high-asset property characterization and division, child and spousal support, child custody and visitation, interstate and international jurisdictional disputes, domestic violence, and post-judgment issues.
Brittney received her law degree in 2014 from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. During law school, she held judicial externships at the California Court of Appeal for the Sixth District and Alameda County Superior Court. Brittney graduated, cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology.
Brittney is admitted to practice in California. In 2020, she was recognized on the Super Lawyers Northern California Rising Stars list. She is a member of the Bar Association of San Francisco, Alameda County Bar Association, and Contra Costa County Bar Association.
