HFLP provides transactional services to assist in the formation of families. This area covers drafting parenting agreements, prenuptial agreements, and postnuptial agreements.

HFLP provides services to families to transition or dissolve relationships. This includes representing and supporting clients during divorces, legal separations, and dissolutions of domestic partnerships through litigation and mediation.

HFLP does appellate work. Our family law attorneys have appeared before the Appellate Courts of California, the Supreme Court of California, and the Supreme Court of Vermont.

HFLP provides consulting services. The attorneys at HFLP are consulted by clients who would like a “second opinion” and by other family law attorneys seeking strategic, procedural, substantive, or appellate advice.
